As the 2019 « ADAMI Classical Revelation », Jérémy Garbarg embodies the new generation of the French cello school. Since 2021, he performs as a cellist with the Arod Quartet in the most prestigious venues around the world.
Jérémy Garbarg is awarded the First Prize and the Special Prize of the Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra at the 5th Schoenfeld International Cello Competition in September 2023. He is also laureate of numerous other international competition : 3rd Prize and Public Prize in Brahms (Austria) and Viña del Mar (Chile) competitions, First Prizes with the Duo Consonance at the International Competition of the Societa Umanitaria in Milan and at the Belgium Cello Society Competition in Brussels. He is also a laureate of the Banque Populaire Foundation.
His playing, described as "overwhelming and generous", leads him to perform regularly in France and abroad. He appears in the following medias : Medici.tv, France Musique, BBC, RTS, SWR, NDR, France 3, Dakapp, RTBF, RTS, Le Violoncelle, La Lettre du Musicien, TSF Jazz, ... He is regularly invited by the Paris Chamber Music Center, Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, Rheingau Festival, the Seiji Ozawa Academy, the Prades-Casals festival, the Château-Lafitte Festival , and performs in the most prestigious concert halls : Philharmonie de Paris, Amsterdam Concertgebouw, Salle Cortot, Vuitton Foundation, la Seine Musicale, Champs Elysées Theater, Schloss Elmau (Germany), Alte Oper in Frankfurt(Germany), Gewandhaus in Leipzig (Germany), ElbPhilarmonie in Hamburg(Germany), Prinzregent Theater in Munich (Germany), Flagey and Bozar in Brussels (Belgium), Victoria Hall in Geneva (Switzerland), Luxembourg Philharmonie, Sala Verdi in Milan (Italy), Casa da Musica in Porto (Portugal), Ozawa Hall in Tanglewood (USA), La Jolla Music Society (USA), Cabell Hall Auditorium Charlottesville (USA), Senate in Valparaiso (Chile), Tongyeong Concert Hall (South Korea), Grand Theater in Harbin (China) .

Since 2018, Jérémy Garbarg has been an artist in residence at the Queen Elizabeth Music Chapel under the guidance of Gary Hoffman and Jeroen Reuling. He also took part in Gautier Capuçon’s Classe d’Excellence, and benefited from the advice of Jérôme Pernoo and François Salque.
In Autumn 2022, Jérémy Garbarg’s first solo album “Parlando” has been released, and an album around the French repertoire for string quartet has been out with the Arod Quartet in Autumn 2023.
He plays on a fine Rugieri cello made in the late 17th century in Cremona with a rare bow by François Peccatte from 1842. The ADAMI, the Safran Foundation, the L'Or du Rhin Foundation, Thomastik-Infeld, Alpha Case, the Banque Populaire Foundation, and the Villecroze Academy trust and support him in his projects.
